This is about ten minutes after an intense upper body workout.
Oxygen was expended and replaced. Muscle fibers were torn, in a healthy way.
And this is a big part of my routine for getting back into my usual rhythm.
A friend was telling me about how she had gotten out of her rhythm, and was now trying to find her way back in. Bad stuff happened in her business and personal life, and she was feeling her way back.
She’s using the core skills from HOW TO RECEIVE to help her get there. She knows they work, since it’s one of the ways she got to a high level of success in the first place.
She told me she’d like to get there quicker, but there’s no forcing the process.
Ain’t that the truth!

This is what works for me. Doesn’t matter that my tai chi isn’t very good.
It gets me in my flow.
And juggling is something I’ve equated with confidence and wellness for the past 30 years.
