Because let’s face it…what would Halloween be without throwing a few Truth Bomb Tricks and Treats into the mix?
A Productivity Truth Bomb from Geoff Stephen:
Instead of focusing on getting more stuff done, focus instead on not stopping.
It’s less exhausting that way.
A Patience Truth Bomb from Sam Crowley:
There’s a reason the Beatles didn’t gives us The White Album when they were teenagers.
Or why Michael Jordan didn’t win his first title until his seventh year in the NBA.
Success takes time.
And lots of dedication to a specific niche.
And a great attitude, with unwavering faith that you are onto something big.
Don’t listen to naysayers. They’re just miserable they never took a shot.
At least you’re in the game.
A Halloween Candy Truth Bomb from me:
I AM NOT AT WAR!!
I love sweet foods. I adore them. I also love savory foods.
So I’m not at war with food. Any kind.
That said, I’m at the point where I no longer consider most Halloween candy “food.” I consider it part of a full tilt brainwashing of a country into perpetuating a cycle of dependence, illness, lack of discernment and moving away from our essence as people. The lethargy, Type 2 Diabetes, kids who have a hard time running to first base without an inhaler, adults who quietly surrender to a constricted life. There are no marketing triggers or cute and cuddly candy mascots, designed by people who want you addicted that are worth it.
Yeah…I’m serious. Once you’ve tasted actual food, made with cocoa, peanuts, healthy oils, even stuff that’s mass produced but is done so with good manufacturing processes with good ingredients, then you sample 99% of the stuff that’s in kids’ Halloween bags, it’ll be impossible not to notice.
So no, I’m not with foods that aren’t food. I’m just not gonna play this year…or likely any other year.
A Letting Go Truth Bomb from Amanda Pardal:
Hold on to pain too long, and it may become hard to remember who you are without it. Letting it go can feel like losing a piece of yourself…but that was never you to begin with.
A Love Truth Bomb from Christine Schaefer:
I love saying, ‘I love you’ and meaning it with all of my being. It is one of the loveliest ways to reconnect with the beautiful core of Me.
And Finally, an Expansion Truth Bomb from Lisa Kitter:
Stretch yourself, your success is outside of the “nest!”
