The Door
Don’t stand there, holding the door open for anyone to walk through. They won’t see any value in going to the next place, and you won’t be able to move from where you are.
Invite others to come in, and help them get strong enough to open it for themselves.
And while you’re at it, get strong enough to inspire them to want to follow you.
