Yeah, another gym video.
So if you’re not a gym person, stick with it anyway.
And ask yourself if you need the bells and whistles of whatever your “thing” is before you can accomplish whatever it is you want.
We already know the answer. 😉
And the more I thought about this, the funnier it got.
Quick Review: Reason Number One is because when you take back control of your health and weight, it invites many other positive changes.
You already know this, especially if you’ve been reading my stuff the past few days, being successful in one area invites success in others as well.

So many examples of that everywhere, especially in the T3 Method community. Happiness, grace, forgiveness…these are our calling cards as well as weight loss, health and energy.
But that second reason…it’s a big one.
Lots of people are walking around with a weight that’s in the healthy range for their height and body type.
But inside they’re a mess.
Poor nutrition. Poor muscular and cardiovascular health.
Diseases looming around inside.
High levels of stress.
These are things that don’t show up in weight.
But they’re out there.
At least on the inside.
Outside, you’re crazy if you don’t market what you’ve got as “weight loss.” It’s one of the most searched terms on the Internet.
We actually spend very little time discussing “weight” in T3.
We spend most of our time talking about happiness, grace, intention.
And proper nutrition with our Food Angel.
And proper exercise for any level of conditioning with our resident certified personal trainer.
And we laugh a lot and enjoy each other’s company where everyone is welcome, accepted, respected and loved.
I’m proud of that. I’m proud of being the founder of this community with this magnificent group of people.
And I’m inviting you to join us. For real.
P.S.: I spent a moment looking at the people who are active and participating in the community. Yes, you have to be a partner in your own wellness. There’s no “magic pill that will get you healthy if you don’t work.”
But the folks who are with it…yeah, they’re losing weight and inches. Or the scale isn’t moving, but they’re stronger, more energetic and like we said yesterday, achieving in every part of their lives.
That’s how we roll!

One of the things I love about the T3 Method is that I’ve run it with complete transparency from Day One. I’ve always said what I’m doing, and why…and I’ve been clear about what I expected in return.

Second, it’s truthfully not something I had planned on giving away. Membership is less than a buck a day, and we are giving so much value as it is, I was going under the assumption that we’d phase in developing individual programs as a premium part of the program.
But, not only am I a man of my word, I try to create win-win situations wherever I can.
So Chris put out a survey to the whole community to figure out their needs, and then build a program for them.
And I’m going to offer that same premium part of the program…for free.
But I’m not keeping it open ended.
Understand…this is something that usually goes or a hundred dollars and higher.
You’re getting all of this for less than a buck a day.
But the only ones who get it are the ones who move with a sense of purpose and commitment.
